• NO PETS @ Hillside Cottage, Dos Arroyos, Hacienda Del Sol, River Rock Ranch, Alta Vista, Buena Vista, Orchard Inn & River Park Lodge
• ATV's, Golf carts, Dirt Bikes and other off-road type recreational vehicles are not allowed at FoxFire or any of it's rental properties.
• During dry times, we can go under a burn ban which prohibits outdoor campfires. You can check the status of this at Bandera County's website - www.banderacounty.org
• No smoking inside any cabin or vacation home.  If you smoke outside do not through cigarette butts on the ground.
• No use of firearms or any kind including BB and/or pellet guns.  No possession or use of illegal drugs or underage drinking.
• No tents unless preapproved by FoxFire Cabins.  Some properties will not allow them at all while others may.  It must first be approved by FoxFire Cabins.
• No more than the maximum persons allowed as per the Rates Chart above, unless pre-approved by FoxFire Cabins.
• No loud music at anytime.  Must be quiet after 10pm.
• Obey posted rules and signs in cabins and vacation homes as well as around the property.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A DEPOSIT OF ONE NIGHT IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY 3 NIGHTS RESERVED.
A 14 DAY NOTICE OF A CANCELLATION OF 3 OR LESS UNITS IS REQUIRED.
A 30 DAY NOTICE OF A CANCELLATION OF 4 OR MORE UNITS IS REQUIRED.
DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED IF CANCELING BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER,
UNLESS ROADS ARE CLOSED.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE DEALT WITH
ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
"NO SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY.
